TABC Certification Online News: TABC agents are being pretty transparent regarding their plans for Labor Day weekend in Hays and Caldwell counties. They announced they’ll be cracking down on alcohol sales to minors and intoxicated people over Labor Day.
Possibly among other things, the TABC says the crackdown will involve sting operations. TABC stings typically involve agents sending a real minor into a restaurant or store to purchase alcohol. If an illegal sale is made, criminal charges may be pressed against the employee who made the sale.
