WHAT WE COLLECT

When you register for our course, you will be asked to provide various types of personal information such as your first name, last name, email address, street address including city, state, and zip code, phone number, date of birth, social security number, username and password, billing and credit card information.

When you use our website without registering, creating an account, or logging in, you do so anonymously. This means we will log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer), but we do not associate your IP address to any personal information until you have logged in to the account you created. Logging your IP address tells us basic information about your visit to our site, such as what pages you view and how long you view them.

LOG FILES

Similarly to many other websites you probably visit, TABC On The Fly utilizes log files. These files record basic, non-personal information such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, viewed pages, platform type, date and time, and number of clicks. IP addresses are not automatically tied to personal information. We reserve the right to disclose statistical information and other forms of data from our logs that do not contain personal information when dealing with partners, vendors, service providers, or affiliates.

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission requires personal information to be forwarded to them in order to verify and validate enrollment and completion of our course.

TABC On The Fly is committed to privacy and security in regards to data collected on our site. Our site employs security technology called SSL, which is used for encrypting information transmitted via the Internet. This allows sensitive information to be transmitted securely.

There are various types of SSL certificates, and TABC On The Fly uses an Extended Validation (EV) SSL, which uses some of the highest standards in identity assurance to confirm the legitimacy of online entities. The issuer of TABC On The Fly’s EV SSL put the website through stringent evaluation procedures and documentation checks to confirm authenticity and ownership.

REGISTRATION

In order to register for our course, you must provide personal information such as first name, last name, email address, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, date of birth, and social security number. Creating a password is also required so you can securely log in to your account. This information will be used to verify your identity during the course, as required by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. This information is also used to communicate with customers regarding products and services for which they express an interest. TABC On The Fly reserves the right to use this information to contact customers regarding its products, services, and any special offers.

PAYMENT

In order to process your payment, you must provide personal information including your first name, last name, email address, phone number, address, and credit card billing address. Credit card numbers are not used for any purpose other than processing your payment. If we have trouble processing your order, we may use your personal information to contact you. We do not save your credit card information after the transaction is processed. Your credit card information is saved by a third party vendor that provides credit card processing services and with which we maintain a written agreement to ensure your personal and financial data is adequately secured and protected. We will not release, or authorize the release, of your personal or financial information to anyone not involved in processing your transaction.
