When will my TABC certification appear online on the TABC’s website?

Verify That You are TABC Certified Online
You can verify that you are TABC certified and check when that certification expires directly on the TABC’s website by entering your SSN and DOB in their public database. It’s a really useful tool, actually. Since your TABC certification is valid for 2 years, it’s really easy to lose track of your certificate during that time, but this gives you the ability to prove you’re certified in case that happens.
How Does Your Information Appear In This Database?
That’s our job. Providers of on-site and online TABC certification like TABC On The Fly are required to upload your information to the database within 14 days of you passing the course. That is why your information may not appear in the database immediately after you pass the course, but we usually get it done the following day.
TABC On The Fly is an official provider of on-site and online TABC certification approved by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
